How to export from Interactive Brokers
- 1 In the Client Portal, open Reports → Statements → Activity.
- 2 Set Period to Annual and pick the tax year.
- 3 Choose CSV as the format and download the file. An Activity Flex Query as XML works too.
One file with all transactions for the selected year — plus earlier years for still-open positions
